HAD量表在老年伴有不同复杂程度心律失常患者治疗中的临床应用意义被引量：8

摘要目的分析老年患者中不同复杂程度心律失常与焦虑、抑郁的关系以及综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital lanxiety and depression scale,HAD)在人群中调查的特点。方法选取经过24 h动态心电图检查证实存在心律失常的老年患者,通过HAD量表分析上述患者的焦虑抑郁评分。按照不同复杂程度心律失常将上述患者分为四组:A组:偶发房早组;B组:复杂房早组。C组:单纯室性期前收缩组;D组:复杂性室性期前收缩组。每组50例。比较各组间抑郁和(或)焦虑均数及抑郁和(或)焦虑发病率。结果 (1)B组抑郁和(或)焦虑均数及发病率均高于A组。(2)D组抑郁和(或)焦虑均数及发病率均高于C组。结论老年患者的心律失常复杂程度及与其焦虑、抑郁程度相关。
