针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的用穴规律探析

Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

[目的]通过对近十年针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床文献进行整理分析,总结和分析针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的取穴规律。[方法]通过人工检索中国知网(CNKI)2007~2016年国内针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床应用与研究文献,统计主穴、配穴、归经及分布频次,并总结分析针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的选穴用经特点及规律。[结果]共纳入研究文献190篇,经过统计分析得出针灸治疗变应性鼻炎选穴共76个,作为主穴使用的有66个,配穴51个,两者兼用41个,其中使用总频次较多的为迎香(77.37%)、合谷(66.31%)、肺俞(63.16%)、印堂(62.63%),作为主穴使用频次较多的为迎香(142次)、合谷(116次)、印堂(115次),配穴选用频次较高的是肺俞(38次)、肾俞(37次)、脾俞(28次);变应性鼻炎针灸治疗共涉及十二条经脉,其中腧穴选用频次较高的为足太阳膀胱经(410次)、督脉(318次)、手阳明大肠经(304次),此三条经络的频次总和占经络选用总频次的71.87%;腧穴分布主要集中在头面颈项部,其腧穴使用频次占总频次的39.42%,其次为腰背部腧穴。[结论]目前针灸治疗变应性鼻炎在选穴上遵循循经取穴、辨证和局部取穴的取穴规律,今后应在临床上广泛开展大样本随机对照研究,选出有效性最高的针灸处方,为针灸治疗变应性鼻炎筛选针灸腧穴处方提供可靠的临床依据。

[Objective] To analyze the clinical literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of allergic rhinitis in the past ten years, and to summarize and analyze the rules of acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis. [Methods] Through manual retrieval of the CNKI from 2007 to 2016, the domestic acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis clinical application and research of literature, statistics, main points, acupoints and meridian distribution frequency, and analyze the characteristics and regularity of acupoints of acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. [Results]（1）190 literatures were included in the study, there＇re 76 points in total through the statistical analysis of acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis acupoint selection, 66 main points, 51 matching points, 41 overlapping points of the both. The more frequently used were Yingxiang（LI20,74.74%）, Feishu（BL13,63.16%）, Hegu（l I14,61.05%）, Yintang（EX-HN3,60.52%）, the main points of using more frequency were Yingxiang（LI20,142 times）, Hegu（l I14,116）, Yintang（EX-HN3,115times）, the higher frequently uesd of matching points were Feishu（BL13,38 times）, Shenshu（BL23,37）, Pishu（BL20,28）;（2） Allergic rhinitis acupuncture therapy involving twelve meridians in total, the higher selected channels were Bladder meridian（410 times）, Du meridian（318 times）, the large intestine meridian（304 times）, and the total frequency of the three meridians accounted for 71.87% in the total frequency of points ＇selection;（3） The mainly concentrated distribution was the head and neck（39.42%）, followed by the waist and back acupoints. [Conclusion] Piont locating in the acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis follows the taking acupoints along channel,in differentiation of sign and distribution, it should be widely carried out in large sample randomized and controlled clinical study of point＇s selection in the future to screen the highest effectiveness of acupuncture prescriptions,to provide a reliable clinical basis for screening prescription of acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for allergic rhinitis.
