0.375%罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞在混合痔PPH术中的应用

The application of the 0.375% Ropivacaine used for suarachnoid anaesthesia in the PPH

目的分析0.375%罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞应用于混合痔吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)的可行性。方法将60例行PPH的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。试验组采用0.375%罗哌卡因2 ml进行蛛网膜下腔阻滞,对照组采用0.5%罗哌卡因1.5 ml进行蛛网膜下腔阻滞,比较2组术中VAS评分和术后尿管留置率。结果2组术中VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组在术后4、8 h尿管留置率低于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者在术后24 h均不需留置尿管。结论 0.375%罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞应用于PPH术麻醉效果确切,术后患者尿潴留留置尿管较少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of the 0.375% ropivacaine used for suarachnoid anaesthesia in the PPH.Methods 60 cases of PPH patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,each group of 30 cases.The test group used 0.375% ropicacaine 2 ml in suarachnoid anaesthesia,the control group used 0.5% ropicacaine 1.5 ml in suarachnoid anaesthesiapp,compared the VAS score and postoperative catheter retention rate were between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The retention rate of urinary catheter was lower than that of the control group at 4 h and 8 h after operation（P〈0.05）,two groups of patients in the 24 h after surgery didn＆#39;t need to stay catheter.Conclusion 0.375% ropivacaine used in suarachnoid anaesthesia in the PPH is fesible,the anesthesia effect is eXact,and postoperative urinary retention in patients is less than the normal concentration,it can be used widely in clinical.
