丹参川芎嗪注射液对肺源性心脏病患者心肺功能的影响

The Effects of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on heart function and lung function of patients with pulmonary heart disease

目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液对肺源性心脏病(肺心病)患者心肺功能的影响。方法将96例肺心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,对比2组患者的心肺功能及不良反应。结果治疗前2组左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)及每搏心输出量(SV)水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组心功能指标均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗前2组第1秒用力肺活量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流速峰值(PEF)及用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组肺功能指标均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液能有效改善肺心病患者的心肺功能,且无明显不良反应,是安全有效的治疗方式。

Objective To investigate the effects of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on heart function and lung function of patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods 96 casess with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 48 cases.The control group patients were given conventional therapy,the observation group patients were treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on this basis,compared the heart function,lung function and adverse reaction between the two groups.Results There were no significant difference in the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,cardiac output（CO） and stroke volume（SV） between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）,after treatment,the cardiac function indeXes of the two groups were higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference of forced eXpiratory volume in one second（FEV1）,forced vital capacity（FVC）,peak eXpiratory flow velocity（PEF） and forced eXpiratory volume（FEV1/FVC） between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）,after treatment,the pulmonary function indeXes of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection can effectively improve the heart function and lung function of patients with pulmonary heart disease,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,it is a safe and effective treatment.
