高职创新创业教育教师能力建设研究

Research on the Ability Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Teachers in Higher Vocational Education

创新创业教育是我国教育体制改革中出现的一大新思路,旨在以创新创业视角对高职学生进行新常态下的教育革新,促进学生个人能力发展,提升学生创业中的创新思路。但我国创新创业教育尚处于起步阶段,在教育方式以及教育体制建设上还存在着诸多不足,这就对我国高职教师的创新创业教育相关能力提出了较大的需求。教师的创新创业教育相关能力的合格与否将直接关系着教学工作的开展质量以及学生在创新创业视角下的就业情况。因此,在高职教育过程中对高职教师创新创业教育能力进行相关建设具有一定的研究价值。现针对我国高职创新创业教育发展现状,对高职教师创新创业教育相关能力的建设加以具体分析。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new idea in the reform of educational system in our country. It aims to make innovations to higher vocational education from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship under the new normal, to pro- mote the development of students＇ personal ability and enhance their innovative ideas in entrepreneurship. However, innovation and en- trepreneurship education in China is still at the infancy stage and there are still many shortcomings in the education mode and the edu- cation system construction, which means a bigger demand for the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the higher vocational educa- tion teachers in our country. Teachers＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education-related abilities are directly related to the quality of teaching work and students＇ employment from the perspective of the innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, in the process of high- er vocational education, the research on the innovation and entrepreneurship education ability of higher vocational teachers has certain research value. Based on the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education in our country, the paper analyzes the construction of teachers＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education-related abilities.
