基于工匠精神的高职思政实践教育创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Education Based on Artisan Spirit

近年来,伴随着我国市场经济相关建设进度的不断加快,以及社会体制建设的不断完善,我国在人才市场的要求上也正不断表现出高质量、全面性的需求。其中,高职院校由于其人才输送的高效率以及职业技术完善而受到了各行各业的普遍青睐。其中,工匠精神以及思政教育作为一个优秀的职业技术型人才的必备素质,需要在高职教育阶段进行重点培养。思政教育作为我国高等教育的一大分支,无论在思政教育还是工匠精神的培养方面都存在着广阔的发展前景。因而在当下的高职教育中,教育工作者应当注重对于工匠精神的强调,在进行思政教育的同时科学有效地引导学生进行工匠精神的培养。

In recent years,with the continuous progress of the construction of China's market economy and the continuous improvement of social system construction,China's talent market demand also constantly shows high quality and comprehensive demand.Among them,higher vocational colleges win the favor of various sectors in the society because of its high efficiency of personnel transport and the improvement of professional and technical skills. Among them,artisan spirit and ideological and political education,as qualities essential for good professional and technical talents,need to be cultivated at the higher vocational education stage. Ideological and political education as a major branch of higher education in China,both in the ideological and political education or the cultivation of craftsmen,has broad prospects for development. Therefore,in the current vocational education,educators should pay attention to artisan spirit and conduct the ideological and political education while cultivating students' artisan spirit in a scientific and effective way.
