立德树人视域下辅导员队伍专业化建设路径探析

立德树人是高等教育的根本任务,是高校思想政治工作的中心环节。当前高校辅导员队伍专业化建设面临着学科建设滞后、辅导员选拨机制不够成熟、保障机制不够完善、辅导员综合素质有待提高等问题。在立德树人理念指导下,通过深化辅导员队伍专业化的学科建设,完善辅导员队伍的保障机制,不断提高辅导员的综合素质,成立辅导员专业协会等方式加强辅导员队伍的专业化建设具有重要意义。
