摘要
近年来,由于受到编制的制约,很多高校选择了非编制人力资源作为人才队伍的重要组成和补充。然而,由于缺乏有效的管理,高校非编制人力资源的维权事件时有发生。本文以边境欠发达地区A校为例,通过剖析管理中存在的隐患和规范管理的意义,提出了加强高校非编制人力资源管理的对策。
Recently, many colleges and universities chose the non-establishment human resources as an important and supplement of the talent team because of the restriction of establishment. However, to safeguard the rights of non-establishment human resources in colleges and universities happened all the time ,due to the lack of effective management. Based on underdeveloped border areas in A school as an example, this paper analyzes the management of hidden trouble and standardize the management of meaning, puts forward to strengthen the non-establishment of human resource management countermeasure of colleges and universities.
