大学生创业影响因素调查研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of College Students' Entrepreneurship

为解决"大众创业、万众创新"时代大学生创业难题,本文以深圳市三所高校的创业园学生为全样本研究对象,利用问卷调查法对其创业影响因素进行调研。研究发现影响大学生创业的主要因素包括个体方面、家庭方面、学校方面和社会方面等四类。为促进大学生积极创业高校应该提供创业实践平台,培养大学生创业实践能力;政府应积极制定相关政策,以激励更多的大学生创业。

In order to solve the problem of college students＇ entrepreneurship in the era of entrepreneurship and innovation, this paper took college students of Shenzhen as the research object, and investigated the influencing factors of entrepreneurship by questionnaire. The study found that the main factors influencing college students＇ entrepreneurship including the individual, family, school and social aspects. In order to promote college students＇ ability of entrepreneurship, colleges should provide the practical platform to cultivate college students＇ entrepreneurial practice ability. The government should actively formulate relevant policies to stimulate more college students to start a business.
