摘要
"卓越教师培养计划"的颁布对教师教育提出了更高的要求,高等师范院校在实施卓越教师培养过程中要不断创新,改革传统师范教育的弊端。高师心理学课程改革,首先应明确课程目标取向问题,其次是建构模块化的课程体系,最后则是在教学改革中凸显人文关怀精神。
The promulgation of the "outstanding-teacher training plan" put forward higher requirements for teacher education, and the higher normal colleges should innovate and reform the traditional teachers' education in the process of implementing outstanding-teacher training. In the reform of psychology curriculum in higher normal colleges and universities, we should first clarify the goal orientation of eurrieulum and the curriculum system of construction modular, and finally highlights the spirit of humanistic care in the teaching reform.
