摘要
本文采用基于语料库的方法,对中国学习者语料库和英语本族语语料库中常用词attention的搭配对比。研究发现,与本族语者相比,中国学习者对该词的某些搭配存在过度使用、使用不足以及错误搭配。研究说明,词汇习得不仅要注重词汇量的广度,更要注重其习得深度,学习者应该重视词汇的类联接和搭配,从而提高常用词的应用能力。
Vocabulary acquisition is the key point in foreign language teaching, by adapting corpus-based approach, this paper takes a commonly used word attention as a case to analyze the collocation of Chinese learners and native speakers. It is concluded that there lies in difference between Chinese learners and native speakers in use. There are some misuses in the collocations of attention. The aim is to state that vocabulary acquisition is not only focused on size as well as depth. Learners need to utilize effective input materials and acquire the collocation.
