转录因子Snail在肺癌中的作用及其机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肺癌是世界范围内恶性肿瘤中发病率和死亡率最高的。多数肺癌患者存在对化疗药物不敏感、肿瘤易转移、肿瘤耐药等现象与预后差等特征。为了提高肺癌患者的治愈率,延长生存期,改善生存质量,筛选影响肺癌患者化疗敏感性与预后差的因素并探索其作用机制,已成为肺癌研究领域的热点之一。锌指转录因子Snail是第一个被发现的Snail家族成员,参与胚胎发育和肿瘤发生发展的调控。研究表明Snail在肺癌侵袭和转移中发挥重要作用。Snail不仅作为上皮细胞间充质转化现象的关键诱导因子,在细胞存活和凋亡,干细胞特性产生与维持、以及免疫调节方面也有重要地位。因此,对Snail的研究不仅可进一步阐明其作用机制,而且为其与肺癌关系的进一步研究提供新的理论依据。本文就转录因子Snail的结构、作用和调节以及在肺癌中的作用和机制的研究进展进行综述。 Lung cancer causes the highest incidence and mortality rate in malignant tumors worldwide. The majority of patients with lung cancer are insensitive to chemotherapy drugs, apt to have tumor metastasis and drug resistance. They usually get poor prognosis. In order to improve the cure rate, prolong survival and improve the quality of life of patients with lung cancer, it has become one of the hot spots in lung cancer research to screen the factors that affect the sensitivity and prognosis of patients. The zinc finger transcription factor Snail is the first member found in the Snail family, and it acts as a zinc finger transcription factor in the regulation of embryonic development and tumor pro- gression. Studies have shown that Snail plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer. Snail is not only a key inducing factor for epithelial mesenchymal transition, but also plays an important role in cell survival and apoptosis, stem cell character production and maintenance, and immunomodulation. Therefore, the study of Snail can not only clarify the mechanism of Snail, but also could provide a new theoretical basis for further study of the relationship between Snail and lung cancer. In this paper, the research advances are reviewed in the structure, function and regulation of transcription factor Snail, as well as its role and mechanism in lung cancer.
