宫颈癌患者β-Catenin、Vimentin、Ezrin及P63水平与临床病理特征及预后的关系

The Relationship of Clinical Pathologic Features with the Prognosis and Levels of β-Catenin, Vimentin, Ezrin and P63 in Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的探究宫颈癌患者β-链蛋白(β-Catenin)、波形蛋白(Vimentin)、埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)及P63蛋白水平与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取2012年1月~2015年12月在我院进行子宫切除术的宫颈标本119例作为研究对象,其中86例为宫颈癌,33例为正常宫颈,采用免疫组化法检测宫颈组织中β-Catenin、Vimentin、Ezrin及P63蛋白表达变化,分析各类因子表达与宫颈癌患者临床病理及患者预后间的关系。结果β-Catenin、Vimentin、Ezrin及P63蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05)。β-Catenin、Vimentin、Ezrin及P63蛋白表达在不同临床分期、淋巴转移、不同分化程度的宫颈癌组织中有明显差异(P<0.05)。β-Catenin、Vimentin、Ezrin强阳性表达者生存率均明显低于弱阳性和阴性表达者,P63强阳性表达者生存率显著高于弱阳性和阴性表达者(P<0.05)。结论β-Catenin、Vimentin、Ezrin高表达及P63蛋白低表达与宫颈癌的发生相关,通过检测其表达水平可以对患者病情程度及预后进行预测。

Objective To explore the relationship of clinical pathologic features with the prognosis and the expressions of β-Catenin, Vimentin, Ezrin and P63 protein in patients with cervical cancer. Methods Between January 2012 and December 2015, 119 cases of cervi- cal specimens in our hospital were taken as the research objects, including 86 cases of cervical cancer and 33 cases of normal cervix. The expressions of β-Catenin, Vimentin, Ezrin and P63 protein in cervical tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship was analyzed between the expressions of the above mentioned factors and the clinical pathological features and prognosis of patients with cervi- cal cancer. Results The positive expression rates of β-Catenin, Vimentin, Ezrin and P63 protein in cervical cancer tissues were significantly higher than in normal cervical tissues （P 〈 0.05）. The expressions of β-Catenin, Vimentin, Ezrin and P63 were significantly different in pa- tients with different clinical stages, lymph node metastasis and degrees of differentiation （P 〈 0.05）. The mortality of patients with strong pos- itive expressions of β-Catenin, Vimentin and Ezrin was significantly higher than that of those with weak positive and negative expressions. Yet the mortality rate of patients with strong positive expression of P63 was lower than that of those with weak positive and negative expres- sion （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high expressions of β-Catenin, Vimentin and Ezrin and low expression of P63 protein were associated with the occurrence of cervical cancer. The expressions of these proteins can predict the severity and prognosis of patients with cervical cancer.
