阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取南通市通州区人民医院2015年4月—2016年4月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者78例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各39例。对照组患者给予盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者心电图疗效、心绞痛症状改善效果,治疗前后心绞痛发作次数及发作持续时间,观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者心电图临床疗效,心绞痛改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者心绞痛发作次数及发作持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,发作持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者心功能及心绞痛症状,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods A total of 78 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris patients were selected from April 2015 to April 2016 in Tongzhou District People＇s Hospital of Nantong City,which were randomly divided into control group and study group,39 cases in each group. Control group was treated with trimetazidine dihydrochloride tablets,study group was treated with atorvastatin based on control group,both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The electrocardiogram effect,angina pectoris improvement and the angina pectoris attacked numbers and time before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions were observed between the two groups. Results The study group of electrocardiogram effect,angina pectoris improvement were better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,no significant differences of angina pectoris attacked numbers or time was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the study group of angina pectoris attacked numbers were less than control group,angina pectoris attacked time was shorter than control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no serious adverse reactions happened. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine have an exactly clinical effect in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris,it can effectively improve cardiac function and angina pectoris symptoms of patients,and with good safety.
