摘要
新药研发是一项高投入、高风险、长周期的复杂工程,对于新药研发中的风险进行风险应对是十分必要的。本文在深入分析新药研发过程中存在的各种风险的基础上,分别从单一风险情形及考虑2个风险情形的情况下,对新药研发过程中风险应对策略的生成方法进行研究,构建了新药研发风险应对策略选择的优化模型。最后通过一个算例说明本文给出方法的可行性和有效性。
New drug research and development（ RD） is a complex engineering of high investment,high risk and long cycle,so performing risk response in new drug RD is necessary. This paper proposes a decision analysis method for solving the risk response strategy selection problem from the perspectives of a single risk situation and considering two risks,respectively,on the basis of analyzing the risks existing in new drug RD. Then,an optimization model of project risk response strategy selection is constructed. Finally,a numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
