循证护理健康教育对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的影响

Influence of evidence-based nursing health education on treatment compliance of schizophrenic patients

目的探讨循证护理健康教育对精神分裂患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取徐州市东方人民医院2012年5月—2015年12月收治的精神分裂症患者68例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组患者接受常规健康教育,观察组患者实施循证护理健康教育。比较两组患者护理效果及治疗依从性。结果观察组患者不耐烦、易生气、易发火、激动发牢骚、不如意心烦、拒绝做日常事务评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理健康教育在精神分裂症患者中的临床效果确切,可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量及治疗依从性。

Objective To investigate the influence of evidence-based nursing health education on treatment compliance of schizophrenic patients. Methods A total of 68 cases of schizophrenic patients were selected from May 2012 to December 2015 in Eastern People＇s Hospital of Xuzhou City,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional health education,observation group was given evidence-based nursing health education. The nursing effect and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group of nursing scores were lower than control group,treatment compliance was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing health education has an exactly nursing effect in treating schizophrenic patients,it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,promote the quality of life and treatment compliance.
