流产后关爱服务在人工流产患者有效避孕中的应用效果

Application effect of post-abortion care services in effective contraception of artificial abortion patients

目的探讨流产后关爱服务在人工流产患者有效避孕中的应用效果。方法选取安福县妇幼保健院2013年6月—2015年6月收治的行人工流产术患者114例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各57例。对照组患者给予常规服务,试验组患者在对照组基础上给予流产后关爱服务。比较两组患者干预前后避孕知识评分及避孕效果。结果干预前,两组患者避孕知识评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组患者避孕知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者再次意外妊娠率低于对照组,坚持避孕、正确避孕率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论流产后关爱服务可有效提高人工流产患者避孕认识,促进患者正确避孕、科学避孕,降低意外妊娠率。

Objective To discuss the application effect of post-abortion care services in effective contraception of artificial abortion patients. Methods A total of 114 cases of artificial abortion patients were selected from June 2013 to June 2015 in Anfu Maternal and Child Health Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,57 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional post-abortion service,experimental group was given post-abortion care services. The contraceptive knowledge scores before and after intervention and ontraceptive effect were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention,no significantly difference of contraceptive knowledge scores was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; after intervention,the contraceptive knowledge scores of experimental group was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The experimental group of unplanned pregnancy rate was lower than control group,insist contraception rate and correctly contraception rate were higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Post-abortion care services can significantly improve the knowledge of contraception of artificial abortion patients,it can promote correctly contraceptionly and scientifically,and reduce the undesired pregnancy rate.
