摘要
针对部分第四方物流企业客户群体不固定,缺少对客户需求信息长期积累的现象,提出了考虑模糊需求的第四方物流路径问题。在分析模糊需求的基础上,利用可信性理论建立了基于模糊机会约束规划的数学模型,提出了基于模糊仿真的混合遗传算法。实验结果表明当需求不确定时,决策者主观偏好对问题的总体决策是十分重要的。
In view of the fact that the customers of some fourth party logistics (4PL) companies are not fixed, and there is not enough long-term accumulation of customers' demand, the 4PL routing problem with fuzzy demand (4PLRPFD) is proposed in the paper. With the analysis of fuzzy demand, the chance constrained program model is designed based on the credibility theory. Then the hybrid genetic algorithm based on fuzzy simulation is given to solve the problem. Experimental results show that when the demand is uncertain the decision of the subjective preference is very important.
