创新创业训练计划下农林院校大学生科研能力培养探析

Exploration on Building Research Capacity for Undergraduates in Agriculture and Forestry Universities with Training Program of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

结合多年的教学科研经历,探析创新创业训练计划下高等农林院校大学生科研能力培养问题及策略。首先,从近五学年所在单位大学生创新创业训练计划项目申报立项情况、学生参与情况和教师参与情况三方面,调研创新创业训练计划下农林大学生科研能力培养现状。其次,从农林院校科研资源、农林专业大学生科研意识、部分大学生科研行为和农林专业与导师制四方面,分析创新创业训练计划下农林大学生科研能力培养问题。最后,从开放交流科研培养环境构建、阶段科研意识能力激发培养、科研约束激励长效机制建立和本科生创新创业导师制实施四方面,探索创新创业训练计划下农林大学生科研能力培养策略。

According to the teaching and research experience of years, explores both issues and strategies in building research capacity for undergraduates in agriculture and forestry universities with training program of innovation and entrepreneurship. Firstly, based on statistics on propos- als and approvals, student participation, and teacher participation, of training programs in the author＇s affiliation during recent five years, investigates the current situation of building research capacity for these undergraduates with the training program. Secondly, based on four perspectives, i.e., research resoumes in agriculture and forestry universities, research consciousness of undergraduates from agriculture and forestry majors, research behaviors of a partion of undergraduates, and mentorship of agriculture and forestry majors, analyzes issues in building research capacity for these undergraduates with the training program. Finally, based on following four perspectives, i.e., construct- ing open the environment for research capacity building, inspiring stepwisely the research consciousness, establishes the long-term mecha- nism for constraint incentive, and realizes the mentorship of undergraduates in innovation and entrepreneurship, explores strategies in building research capacity for these undergraduates with the training program.
