针对电力配网基建施工现场管理存在缺少高效的监管途径的问题,结合互联网+的信息化手段,建设配网基建现场作业移动应用,进行配网基建施工现场精细化监管,实现对配网建设过程的全方位监控,更准确更全面地掌握在建配网工程的进展情况。
In view of the fact that there is a lack of efficient regulatory approach to the construction of electricity distribution infrastructure, combining the information methods with the Internet to develop applications of construction of electricity distribution infrastructure site operations, to finely supervise the site of construction of power distribution infrastructure, to implement comprehensive monitoring of construction process, to grasp of the progress in the construction more accurately and more comprehensively.
