摘要 自2007年华中师范大学被确立为免费师范生的培养单位起,至今已经走过十年的发展历程。本文在对华中师范大学历史文化学院2011—2013届历史专业免费师范毕业生进行抽样调查的基础上,从工资待遇、人际关系、职业认同、职业压力、教学态度几个方面对其职业现状进行深入的了解,并对影响历史专业免费师范生职业现状的深层原因进行综合分析,从而对免费师范生特别是历史专业免费师范生职业素养的培育进行反思并提出相关对策。 It has been for ten years that Central China Normal University has been established as a free normal education since 2007. On the basis of the sample survey of the 2011--2013 free normal education graduate students from Central China Normal University, this paper makes a deep understanding of the status quo of his career from the aspects of salary, interpersonal relationship, professional identity, occupational stress and teaching attitude. The author also analyzes the deep reasons for the professional background of the free normal education graduate students, and then makes a reflection on the cultivation of the free normal education graduate students, especially the free normal education graduate students of the history, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures.
