浅析高校实验室精细化管理

On the Fine Management of Laboratory in Colleges and Universities

随着科技的发展和教育教学改革的深入,高校实验室作为培养人才和服务科研的重要场所正逐渐受到关注和重视。本文以精细化管理理念为切入点,从实验室设备、人员和安全管理三方面展开具体分析、提出合理建议,以期能为高校实验室管理提供参考。

With the improvement of science and technology and the deepening of educational reform,university laboratory personnel training as an important place for scientific research,service has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the fine management concept as the breakthrough,from three aspects of laboratory equipment,personnel and safety management developed specific analysis,put forward reasonable suggestions,in order to provide the reference of university laboratory management.
