浅谈高职五年制大专服装专业班主任的工作策略与方法——以湘西民族职业技术学院为例

《吕氏春秋》有言:"尺之木必有节目,寸之玉必有瑕疵。"高职班主任工作有它的独特性和多样性,很难做得尽善尽美。但我们可以在工作中扬长避短,因材施教,完善细节,努力去追求完美。在学生工作中笔者坚持真诚面对,以心换心,同学生共欢喜、共成长,如今学生学业有成,即将踏入社会,看着曾经付出的辛苦汗水收获为成功的喜悦,欣喜之情,难以言表。笔者就结合自己近年高职班主任工作成功的点滴经验总结出来与大家分享交流,希望对高职班主任工作的完善和提高提供一种新的思路进行探讨。

Higher vocational teacher work has its uniqueness and diversity,it is difficult to be perfect.It is difficult to do perfect because of the uniqueness and diversity of the vocational college class teacher.However,we can individualize students＇ learning and refine details to pursuit perfection.In the students work,author who treat the students sincerely grow up together with students.Nowadays,it＇s pleasing to see the students have success at school.Combining with the experience of vocational college class teacher work in recent years,the author hope to provide a new way of thinking so as to improve and enhance the vocational teacher work.
