Talking about the Construction of College Security Cadres under New Situations and Circumstances

新形势下高校保卫工作面临诸多新的问题,加强保卫干部队伍建设势在必行。本文以中国石油大学(北京)为例,浅谈高校保卫人员队伍建设的一些思路、方法和措施。

Under new situations and circumstances,college security work is facing many new problems and strengthening the construction of college security cadres is imperative. Taking China University of Petroleum （Beijing） Changping district as an example,we talk about some ideas,methods and measures for the construction of college security cadres in this paper.
