摘要
高职高专院校在转型发展的背景下实践教学表现出很多问题,本文通过结合食品相关专业基础课程《食品加工技术》的教学实践,对实践教学的改革提出了几点思考。
The practice teaching under the background of the transformation development of higher vocational college turns out a lot of problems,in this paper, by combining food related professional foundation course of teaching practice of food processing technology,puts forward some thinking of practice teaching reform.
