摘要
现代学徒制的研究及实施对国内高职院校进行人才培养至关重要。文章分析了现代学徒制的实施困境,挖掘了现代学徒制的内涵,提出在专业工作室的基础上开展现代学徒制的人才培养,给出了所在专业的具体实践措施,真正实现了校企双元育人、学生双重身份的实现,提高了人才培养的质量。
The modem apprentice system is a hot research topic in recent years. The article analyzed the implementation difficulties of modern apprenticeship,nmiug the modern apprenticeship connotation,proposed in professional studio based on the development of the modern apprenticeship personnel training,gives the professional practice measures,proulote school enterprise dual educating people,their dual identity.
