高职软件技术专业“双元双创”人才培养模式构建与实践——以无锡工艺职业技术学院为例

Software Technology Specialty of Higher Vocational Education "Dual Management" Training Mode Construction and Practice——Example for Wuxi Institute of Arts & Technology

在无锡工艺职业技术学院"双元双创"人才培养模式的基础上,结合学院软件技术专业的实际情况,构建了"IT项目工作室—创业园+IT企业软件开发中心—IT服务门店",充分体现"学校、企业"双元和学生"创新、创业"双创这一人才培养模式。本文从人才培养定位、课程体系改革、实践体系改革与实施等方面进行了有益的探索与实践。

Training at Wuxi Institute of Arts ＆ Technology ＂dual hit talent on the basis of the model,combined with the actual situation of the College of software technology specialty,build a IT Project ＇Studio - Park ＋IT enterprise software development service center -IT stores＂,fully embodies the training mode of ＂school enterprise＂ dual and students ＂innovation and entrepreneurship＂ management of the personnel.This article has carried on the beneficial exploration and the practice from the talented person training localization,the curriculum system reform,the practice system reform and the implementation and so on.
