摘要 目前我国的研究生教育总体上是好的,但也存在一些问题,主要是创新能力和研究能力不足,具体表现在教师讲授课时较多,学生自学、讨论较少;教什么考什么,减轻了学生学习的压力;师生之间较亲密的关系,在某种程度上也放松了对学生的严格要求;教师在做课题时往往忽略或"看不上"研究生的能力和作用,致使研究生的科研能力得不到较好的锻炼;改进措施是:适当压缩讲授课时,留出时间让学生自学、查资料、做论文;开展多种形式的讨论;调整各项成绩的分值,增加考试的难度;研究生参与导师的课题;导师要对自己所带的学生严格管理等。 At present, Chinese postgraduate education is generally good,but there are also some problems,especially the innovation ability and research ability is insufficient,for example,teachers spend much time in teaching and students lack of self-study discussion. Examination content is what the teacher taught in class,which reduces the students' learning pressure. The close relationship between teachers and students,to some extent,also relaxed the strict requirements of students. The teachers often ignore the postgraduates' ability and function in the course of subject,which makes postgraduates are short of good training for scientific research ability. There are some suggestions:firstly,teachers compressproperly of teaching classes to let students have enough time in self-study,check information and write paper; secondly,they carry out various forms of discussions;thirdly,teachers adjust the proportion of the results and increase the difficulty of the examination;fourthly,students participate in the tutor's project;fifthly,tutors should be strict with their students.
