Discussion on the Experimental Teaching Method of X-ray Single Crystal Diffractometer

由于当前单晶衍射仪在高校和研究机构使用的增多,开展单晶结构测试和分析的实验教学具有实施的基础和条件。本文就高校晶体结构测试及解析的实验教学进行了初步的探讨。针对高校大学生和研究生的学习特点,就实验教学的一些具体方案做了详细的阐述。对一些常见的晶体学问题做了细致的分析。本文介绍的实验教学方法可对高校相关课程的开展具有一定参考意义。

Abstract：As the increasing of the usage of CCD X-ray diffractometers for single crystals in high schools and institutes in China,the experimental education o（the single crystal analysis could he carried out in wide rangc.This paper deals with the preliminary investigation of the teaching course for the single crystal analysis in experiments.The teaching scheme has been illustrated in detail aiming at the college students. Some problems may be faced in crystallography have been particularly analyzed.Reference for fiarther teaching methods for the related courses may be provided through this discussion.
