应用技术大学人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of University of Applied Technology

随着社会经济的不断发展、素质教学改革的不断推行,应用技术大学应用而生,该大学符合社会进步的发展要求,满足现阶段企业发展的人才需要。本文首先介绍了应用技术大学的基本内涵、特点以及该校学生能力培养内容,分析了应用技术大学人才培养模式存在的问题,探究了优化应用技术大学人才培养模式的措施。

With the continuous development of social economy,the continuous implementation of quality teaching reform,the application of technology university students,the university in line with the development of social progress requirements,to meet the needs of enterprises at this stage of development. This paper first introduces the basic connotation and characteristics of the applied technology university and the content of the students＇ ability cultivation. It analyzes the problems existing in the talent cultivation mode of the applied technology university,and explores the measures to optimize the personnel training mode of the applied technology university.
