基于学生满意度的成人高等教育质量研究

Based on the Qquality of the Aadult Higher Education of Student Satisfaction Research

学生是教育质量的直接感受者,进行基于学生满意度的高等教育质量研究具有重要意义。成人高等教育学生作为高等教育学生中的特殊群体,有必要开展具有针对性的研究。本文通过分析成人高等教育学生的特殊性,运用调查问卷的形式研究和分析学生对成人高等教育质量满意度的现状,找出存在的问题,并结合成人学生的特点,提出从教学管理、师资队伍建设、监督制度等方面来提高成人高等教育质量满意度的建议。

The student direct experience is the quality of education,and based on the quality of higher education of student satisfaction study has important significance. Adult higher education students as a special group of higher education students, it is necessary to carry out targeted study. In this article, through analyzing the particularity of the adult higher education students, using the form of questionnaire research and analyzes the present situation of student satisfaction with the quality of adult higher education, and finding out the existing problems, combining with the characteristics of adult students, putting forward from the teaching management,teachers team construction, supervision system to improve the quality of adult higher education satisfaction.
