With the progress of new college English teaching reform,autonomous learning is becoming a new teaching notion which is regarded as the mainstream ideology of college English teaching reform. The rapid development of information technology has brought a fresh opportunity and challenge. The thesis attempts to discuss how to enhance the students＇ autonomous learning ability in Police college from three aspects of teaching strategy.
