摘要
本文从"钱学森之问"引出了现在普遍的教学现状:"老师教,学生听",这种传统的教学模式不利于创新人才的培养。提出了教学不应本末倒置,要坚持以学生为中心,关键是要调动起学生的积极性,让学生主动去学习。从翻转课堂得到翻转学习的理念并提出了几种以学生为本的教学形式:构建主义教学形式,"发现教学"及"启发教学"等,以及对教师的要求。
The current general teaching model of teacher teaching and students listening leaded from the "Qian Xuesen asked" was not conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents. The teaching should persist the student as the center,the key is to mobilize the enthusiasm of students,so that students take the initiative to learn. Several student-centered teaching forms (constructivism teaching form,discovery teaching,inspired teaching and so on) and the requirements of teachers were proposed from the flipped classroom.
