摘要
在心理咨询过程中,共情是指治疗者设身处地体会来访者的感受、需求、痛苦等心理活动的心理历程和能力。随着我国高校研究生招生规模不断扩大,研究生辅导员需求量不断加大,提高研究生管理质量迫在眉睫。而将心理学理论中的共情应用到研究生辅导员工作中,能够有效促进其学生管理工作,提高其学生管理质量。本文将对共情的定义及其在研究生辅导员工作中应用的必要性及可行性进行阐述分析,希望对高校研究生辅导员工作有所启发。
In the process of psychological counseling,empathy means that the doctor can completely understand the feelings,requirements,or sufferings of clients about their psychological activities. With a constantly expansion of recruiting postgraduate students in our country,a huge quantity of counselors is demanded. Also,to improve the quality of postgraduates＇ administration is an extremely urgent task. Applying empathy into the work of postgraduates＇ counselors can help improve their working efficiency. This essay will demonstrate the necessity and feasibility about the applications of empathy. Hope it could be useful for counselors＇ work.
