西部地区煤炭职业院校专业设置与人才需求状况的匹配性研究

A Study on the Matching of Professional Setting of Coal Vocational Education and Talent Demand in Western China

我国经济的快速发展离不开重工业的大力支持,重工业的发展又离不开对能源的大量需求。因此作为我国主要能源之一的煤炭资源是我国经济发展的关键。西部地区作为我国煤炭行业较为集中的地区,随着我国煤炭行业随经济发生变化,对于高素质技术技能人才的需求随之变化。为了促进西部地区煤炭高职院校的长久发展,必须对西部地区的煤炭职业教育发展现状以及人才需求状况进行详细的调查。本文主要研究西部地区煤炭职业院校专业设置与人才需求状况的匹配性问题,找到更好的措施吸引更多的学生选择报考煤炭专业,解决我国西部地区煤炭行业高素质技术技能人才短缺的问题。

In order to long-term development of the western region to promote coal vocational colleges,in order to cultivate more more Many senior personnel in the coal industry, must carry on the detailed investigation to the western region the status of the coal occupation education development and demand of talents. This paper mainly studies the problem of matching western coal occupation education professional settings and talent demand status,find better measures to attract more students choose professional coal,the coal industry to solve the China senior professional talents shortage.
