摘要
新教师是我国教师的特殊群体,由于对环境、课程内容和学生的熟悉程度不够,再加上各种外界压力,容易产生上课低效、反思困难、交流障碍等一系列适应问题,甚至直接关系到他们的去留。要解决这个问题,一方面师范院校要对传统课程进行调整,增加对师范生人际关系和中学原生态课程的关注,另一方面,新教师也要多看、多听、多思、多做,积极主动地寻找解决问题的策略。
The new teacher is a special group of teachers in our country,due to the environment,the course content and the students are not familiar, coupled with a variety of external pressure,it produces class ineEicient,difficult reflection,communication barriers and a series of adaptive problems,even directly related to their staying. To solve this problem,on the one hand,normal colleges should make some adjustments for the traditional curriculum,increasing interpersonal relationship and middle school original curriculum students attention,on the other hand,the new teachers also want to see more,hsten more,think more,do more,actively looking for a strategy to solve the problem.
