新形势下地方高校创新型人才培育的实践探究——以宁波大学为例

The Practice of the Local Colleges and Universities under the New Situation of Innovative Talents Cultivation——Illustrated by the Example of Ningbo University

在"大众创业,万众创新"的国家发展战略指引下,以及争创"世界一流大学和一流学科"的国家总体教育目标规划下,高校创新型人才的塑造与培养日趋显现重要性和紧迫性。宁波大学不断探索创新型人才培养的新思路和新方法,通过整合院系资源,创新课程设置、加大政策扶持和深化校地合作等多种方式,全方位构建系统的创新教育体系,畅通培养发展渠道,强化创新型人才的创新意识,增强实践动手能力。

In the ＂pubhc entrepreneurship,peoples innovation＂ the national development strategy under the guidance of, and strive for ＂world first-class university and the first-class discipline＂ under national education goal and planning,shaping and training of innovative talents in colleges and universities appeared increasingly importance and urgency. Ningbo university continuously explore innovative talents cultivation of new ideas and new methods,through the integration of faculty resources,curriculum innovation,increase policy support and deepen cooperation in a variety of ways,such as school,comprehensive build system irmovation education system,and develop channels,and strengthen the innovation consciousness of innovative talents,enhancing practice ability.
