基于动网格的中减速器飞溅润滑内部流场分析 被引量:10

摘要 为改进中减速器结构以及实现集油槽的合理安装布局,采用Fluent软件,应用动网格技术对非正交螺旋锥齿轮中减速器飞溅润滑内部流场进行动态数值仿真分析。分析结果表明:基于动网格技术的动态数值仿真可以较好地模拟中减速器内部流场运动;双齿轮浸油情况下,润滑油经过齿轮啮合点后流体运行速度更快,但齿轮转速的提升对流场整体运动趋势影响很小;齿轮啮入侧压力为正,啮出侧压力为负,并且随着转速的增加,啮入侧和啮出侧压力的绝对值也会随之增加。 In order to improve the structure of middle reducer and realize the reasonable installation and layout of oil collection tank, the flow field of middle reducer splash lubrication in the non-orthogonal spiral bevel gear was simulated by using the software of Fluent and based on dynamic mesh technology.The results show that the numerical simulation method based on moving mesh can simulate the flow field inside the reducer.In the condition of two gears immersed in the oil ,the lubricating oil runs faster after it passes through the gear engagement point, while the speed of reducer has a little effect on the overall trend of the flow field.The pressure is positive on the engaging-in side and negative on the engaging-out side, and the absolute values of pressure are increased on the engaging-in and engaging-out sides as the rotational speed increases.
