含羧基和磺酸基一氯均三嗪衍生物的合成及表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Monochloro-s-triazine Derivative Containing Carboxyl and Sulfonate Groups

以三聚氯氰为原料,在0~5℃和pH=2~3下与间氨基苯磺酸进行第一次缩合,制备了三聚氯氰与间氨基苯磺酸的一缩产物;在30~35℃和pH=3~5下将三聚氯氰与间氨基苯磺酸的一缩产物与间氨基苯甲酸反应成功制备了含羧基和磺酸基的一氯均三嗪衍生物,红外光谱和质谱分析表明产物结构正确。该类一氯均三嗪衍生物的成功制备为含多种阴离子可反应性小分子化合物的制备提供了基础。

Using cyanuric chloride as a material, the first condensation product of the cyanuric chloride and 3- aminobenzenesulfonic acid was synthesized at 0 - 5 ℃ and pH = 2 - 3. Then, the monochloro- s- triazine derivative containing carboxyl and sulfonate groups was prepared by the reaction of 3-aminobenzoic acid and the first condensation product of the cyanuric chloride at 30 -35 ℃ and pH = 3 -5. The structure was confirmed by FT-IR and mass spectroscopy. The successful synthesis of the monochloro-s-triazine derivative provided the direction on the preparation of the reactive small compound containing multi-anion groups.
