摘要
以氯化胆碱(ChCl)与金属氯化物合成的一系列低温共熔溶剂(DES)为催化剂,以正丁醇和乙酸的酯化反应为模板反应,通过气相色谱研究了其催化产率。经过条件优化,低温共熔溶剂[ChCl][CrCl_3·6H_2O]_2催化乙酸和丁醇反应的产率可达到93%。对酯化体系进行简单处理,回收的低温共熔溶剂(DES)仍有较高的催化活性,可重复利用。与传统的无机酸催化剂相比,DES催化酯化反应具有以下优点:催化活性高,能够高效高选择性的合成有机酯;DES的合成简单,成本低廉;酯化反应可以在室温下进行;DES可以重复使用。
A highly efficient and selective method for esterification of formic and acetic acid with alcohols was achieved at room temperature, with the choline chloride (ChCl)/chromium(iii) chloride hexahydrate (CrCl3 · 6H2O) deep eutectic solvent as catalyst. High yields and good selectivities of organic esters were obtained using[ChCl][CrCl3·6H2O]2 with the molar ratio 5 : 1 (carboxylic acids : alcohols) at room temperature in 24 h. The ease of recovery and reusability of DES with high catalytic activity made this method efficient and practical.
