摘要
在实验室模拟条件下,研究不同浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯在土壤中的降解,及其对不同土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,微生物对土壤中高效氯氟氰菊酯的降解起主导作用,对降解数据拟合发现,高效氯氟氰菊酯的降解符合一级动力学方程。在高效氯氟氰菊酯加入土壤后,脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶活性均有变化,脲酶活性整体受到抑制;蔗糖酶活性被激活;过氧化氢酶活性表现为先激活-后抑制;磷酸酶活性先抑制后激活,整体表现为激活。高效氯氟氰菊酯农药浓度对土壤酶活性变化有一定影响。
The degradation of λ- cyhalothrin in the soil and its impact on different soil enzyme activities were the λ-cyhalothrin into soil, activity of alkaline phosphatase, urease, sucras and catalase was changed. Urease activity was inhibited, invertase activity was activated, catalase activity was first activated and then inhibited, and alkaline phosphatase activity was inhibited first and then activated, but whole performance was activated. The changes of enzyme activities were affected by the concentration of λ-cyhalothrin.
