摘要
建立了微波消解土壤样品,石墨炉原子吸收法测定镉的方法,并对微波消解体系和消解温度进行了优化。实验结果表明,镉在0.00~4.00μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,当土壤质量为0.2000 g,定容体积50 m L计时,最低检出浓度为0.02μg/g,样品的加标回收率为94.0%~104.0%。本方法前处理操作过程简单,精密度好,测定结果准确可靠,适用于土壤中镉的测定。
A method of detecting cadmium by the atomic absorption method of graphite furnace was established, the system of microwave dissolving system and dissolving temperature were optimized. The experimental results showed that the concentration of cadmium in 0. 00 - 4. 00 μg,/L scope inside sex was good, when the soil quality was 0. 2000 g, constant volume was 50 mL timing, the lowest detection concentration was 0. 02 μg/g, the standard addition recovery was 94. 0% - 104. 0% of the sample. The pretreatment process was simple, the precision was good, the results were accurate and reliable, and it was applied to the determination of cadmium in the soil.
