摘要
河水中可溶性磷的含量过高是造成水体富营养化的关键因素,我校学生公寓产生的大量生活污水未经处理直接排入湘江河中,预计已形成富营养化状态。利用可见分光光度计,用钼酸铵分光光度法测定湘江河水中可溶性磷的含量,该方法线性范围为0.02~1.0μg/m L,R2=0.9996。结果表明,所测水样中的磷含量为0.130~0.445μg/m L,是学院公寓楼后湘江河段水体发生富营养化的主要原因之一。
High levels of the soluble phosphorus in the river usually account for the eutrophication. Taking our campus as an example, the untreated wastewater from the student apartments was poured into Xiangjiang fiver, which may cause the eutrophication. The content of soluble phosphorus was determined by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry, with a Vis spectrophotometer. The linear range of the determination was 0. 02 - 1.0 μg/mL, R2 = 0. 9996. The result indicated that the phosphorus content of the water sample was 0. 130 - 0. 445μg/mL, which can be considered as an important source of the eutrophication in Xiangjiang river behind the college apartment buildings.
