摘要
根据《现代测试分析方法》实验课程的实际情况,探讨了用气质联用仪定性定量分析有机化合物的实验教学相关问题。通过对该实验课程的设计与学习,使学生掌握气质联用仪的基本构造、工作原理及基本操作,总结用气质联用仪定性定量分析有机化合物的方法,从而提高学生对实验的学习兴趣,锻炼学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,为今后的学习及科学研究打下良好的基础。
According to the present experimental teaching for the qualitative spectrometer ( GC - MS ) was discussed. situation of experimental course of Modern Test and Analysis Methods, the and quantitative analysis of organic compounds on gas chromatography-mass Through this experiment, the students could master the major components, working principle and operation approach of GC-MS, summarize the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of organic compounds on GC-MS. Moreover, this experiment also improved the students' learning interest and developed the students' ability to analyze and solve problems, laying a good foundation for future study and scientific research.
