The era of big data of university library subject service is facing restructuring, user oriented disciplines service needs accurate service content, user centered, interdisciplinary and personalized knowledge service model is worth studying. The article explores the development of service platforms and virtual communities to enhance service efficiency; teamwork provides interdisciplinary knowledge research services; data monitoring and mining to meet the potential needs of users.
