高职院校专业设置随产业发展动态调整机制研究——以山东日照地区为例

高等职业教育承担着为国家产业经济发展提供人才资源和智力支持的重任,如何在产业经济发展、转型的形势下合理的设置和调整专业一直是高职教育教学改革研究的重点和热点。日照职业技术学院通过多年的理论研究和实践经验总结,探索出了一条政府、学校、企业、行业共同参与的专业随产业发展的动态调整机制,建立了政府、企业、行业和高职院校参与的产业发展动态跟踪机制、校企行联合的市场人才需求体系、校企共建的培训体系,科学合理的专业定期诊改体系、规范严谨的专业理论与实践知识体系建设标准、区域高等职业院校专业分析及研究体系、科学规范的专业动态调整机制。为学院的专业设置提供了依据,也为兄弟院校的专业设置提供了借鉴。

The higher occupation education provide a human resources and intellectual support for the industry economic development. How to set up and adjust the specialties reasonably in the situation of industrial economic development and transformation has always been the focus and hotspot in the research of higher vocational education teaching reform.
