21世纪是海洋的世纪,海洋是建设21世纪海上丝绸之路的基础和载体。广东、广西、海南3省区所在的南海区是我国最大的海区,管辖的海域面积近250万平方公里。同时,南海是我国的核心利益所在,也是我国对外开放的重要区域,中国实现经济转型,由近海走向深远海,必须经略南海。本文将结合新常态下海洋经济发展的新特征,提出南海区海洋经济发展的对策建议。

Twenty-first Century is the century of ocean. The ocean is the foundation and carrier for the construction of the maritime Silk Road in twenty-first Century. The Nanhai District, which is located in the 3 provinces and autonomous regions of Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan, is the largest sea area in China, with an area of nearly 2 million 500 thousand square kilometers. At the same time, the South China Sea is the core interests of China, but also an important area of China’s opening up, China transform the economy from the coastal waters to the deep sea, the South China Sea must. This article will combine the new characteristics of the marine economy development under the new normal, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the marine economy in the South China sea.
