摘要 为了提高玫瑰精油的提取率,采用微波-加盐水蒸气蒸馏提取玫瑰精油,研究了微波预处理时间、微波预处理功率、料液比、氯化钠浓度等4个因素对玫瑰精油提取率的影响。通过正交实验优化了提取工艺,结果显示,当微波预处理时间120s,微波预处理功率300W,料液比1∶16g/m L,氯化钠浓度(质量分数)0.4%的条件下,玫瑰精油的提取率最高,为1.265%。与传统的水蒸气蒸馏相比,微波-加盐水蒸气蒸馏提取玫瑰精油提取率高,提取时间短,能耗低,所得精油的感观和理化性质均符合国外玫瑰精油的标准,可安全用于化妆品中。 In order to improve the extraction rate of rose essential oil, microwave-salting steam distillation extraction of rose essential oil was studied, the influence of microwave pretreatment time, microwave pretreatment power, solid-liquid ratio, the concentration of sodium chloride on the extraction rate of rose essential oil was also studied. The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment, and the result showed that the extraction rate of rose essential oil can be as high as 1.265% when microwave pretreatment time was set 120s, microwave pretreatment power set 300W, solid-liquid ratio set l:16g/mL and sodium chloride concentration set 0.4wt%. The extraction of essential oil from rose by microwave-salting steam distillation has the advantage of high extraction rate, short extraction time and low energy consumption. The sensory, physical and chemical properties of the acquired essential oil are all in line with the standards of foreign rose essential oil and the essential oil can be safely used in cosmetics.
