农村合作社助力自我养老的观察与思考——以宜兴丰汇水芹专业合作社为例

Observation and Thinking of Rural Cooperatives Self-Helping Pension——Taking Yixing Fenghui Cress Professional Cooperatives as an Example

农村专业合作社助力农村老人自我养老是一种值得关注的创新模式。文章以宜兴市丰汇水芹专业合作社为例,检视合作社介入农村老年人自我养老方式的创新实践。农村合作社不仅可以给老人带来一定的福利,还可以让一部分老人直接参与到合作社中,从一种被动的养老转变为积极主动的养老,这样,既可以给老人带来一定的收入保障,也避免了农村老人的"原子化"和空巢现象。农村专业合作社助力农村自我养老是对我国交流养老模式的有力补充。

Rural professional cooperatives aiding the elderly self-help in rural areas is a new model of innovation. This paper takes Yixing City Fenghui cress professional cooperatives as an example, and examines the innovation practice of the rural elderly in cooperative self pension mode. Rural cooperatives can not only bring people certain benefits, but also make a number of old people directly involved in the cooperative, from a passive to active transformation of pension. This can bring some income to the elderly; the elderly in rural areas can avoid the ＂atomic＂ and ＂empty nest＂ phenomenon. Rural cooperatives aiding self-help rural pension is a strong complement to other pension model.
