摘要
为缓解设备受热膨胀对设备接管产生的弯曲应力,通过分析计算各设备的线膨胀量,采取在熔盐循环泵及熔盐冷却器的耳式支座上加装合适型号的弹簧支座的方案来应对设备受热膨胀,缓解接管受力。结果表明方案合理,可以保证设备安全、长期、稳定运行。
In order to alleviate the bending stress caused by thermal expansion of the equipment, the linear expansion of each equipment was calculated and analyzed, and a suitable type of spring bearing was added to the ear support of molten salt circulating pump and molten salt cooler to deal with the thermal expansion of equipment and ease the force of pipe joint. The results show that the program is reasonable, can guarantee the equipment safety, long-term, stable operation.
